The first phase of assembly elections in Uttar Pradesh has ended. Voting was held in 58 seats in 11 districts in the first phase. In which the voter turnout has been close to 62 percent. In the first phase, there has been a huge difference in the voting percentage in rural and urban areas. More voting has taken place in rural areas, while the percentage of voting has been less in urban areas. In these too, there has been a bumper voting in Muslim Jat dominated areas.

उत्तर प्रदेश में विधानसभा चुनाव (UP Assembly election 2022) का पहला चरण (UP Election first Phase) समाप्त हो गया है. पहले चरण में 11 जिलों की 58 सीटों पर वोट डाले गए. जिसमें किल 62 फीसदी के करीब मतदान हुआ है. पहले चरण में ग्रामीण और शहरी क्षेत्रों में वोटिंग प्रतिशत में काफी अंतर देखने को मिला है. ग्रामीण इलाकों में अधिक वोटिंग हुई है, जबकि शहरी क्षेत्रों में मतदान का प्रतिशत कम रहा है. इनमें भी मुस्लिम जाट बहुल इलाकों में बपंर वोटिंग हुई है.
