On February 9, a young man who got trapped on a hill in Palakkad, Kerala was rescued by the army. The man, R Babu, got trapped on February 7. After he was rescued, the boy thanked the army officials for their efforts. V Muraleedharan, Minister of State for External Affairs, congratulated the Indian Army for their successful operation.
