The National Recovery Council (NRC) is proposing that Malaysia fully opens its international borders without the need for compulsory quarantine from as early as March 1. Its chairman Tan Sri Muhyddin Yassin says the move will support the country's economic recovery process. Details will be announced by MoH soon.
