Kate, the Duchess of Cambridge was left in stitches as a rugby player she met during her recent visit at Twickenham told her she would have to place her hands on her backside to show her a typical lift used during matches. The player appeared slightly embarrassed by the exchange but kept a smile on as she told the Duchess she just "wanted to make you aware" before going ahead with the demonstration. Kate could be seen laughing out loud as the player, who then joined in laughing, spoke.
