Fans have been asking for what feels like years for Ubisoft to make a new game in the ‘Splinter Cell’ series, and after what felt like teasing, by adding main character Sam Fisher to free to play and mobile experiences, the announcement people have been craving has finally happened: the company is making a new ‘Splinter Cell’ game… sort of.
