Plastic pollution remains a huge problem here in our country.
In fact, we are considered one of the major sources of plastic trash in the world's oceans.
How can we address this worsening plastic problem?
Well, conservation group World Wide Fund for Nature Philippines is proposing a scheme called the "Extended Producers Responsibility".
