Famous for her lifelong love of animals, the has owned at least 30 pet dogs in her lifetime so far. And this doesn’t stop her from getting a new one. Her Majesty the Queen became the proud owner of a prize-winning Cocker Spaniel earlier this month, proving that her love for dogs goes far beyond her adored Corgis. The four-year-old Wolferton Drama, known as Lissy after Queen Elizabeth II, won the 91st Kennel Club Cocker Spaniel Championship. The award-winning dog saw off 38 competitors to land the top spot and become the Queen’s first gundog champion in any breed.
