Union Budget 2022: Corporate Tax घटा, अब ITR को 2 साल तक कर पाएंगे अपडेट | वनइंडिया हिंदी

Income tax return filers will be allowed to update their returns upto 2 years after the end of the relevant assessment year in case they forgot to include any income when the return was first filed. However, an additional tax of 25% to 50% on the tax and interest due on the additional income will be payable. A new sub-section (8A) in Section 139 is proposed to be introduced under the Income-tax Act 1961. Watch video,

वित्त मंत्री Nirmala Sitharaman ने आज देश का Budget पेश किया और Tax को लेकर कई घोषणाएं की. जिसमें मिडिल क्लास वालों को मायूसी हाथ लगी तो वहीं कॉर्पोरेट वालों को राहत मिली है. सरकार ने आयकर दरों या स्लैबों में कोई बदलाव नहीं किया है. हालांकि टैक्सपेयर्स को बड़ी राहत के तौर पर दो साल में अपने रिटर्न को अपडेट करने की अनुमति दी है. साथ ही सरकार ने कॉर्पोरेट टैक्स दरों में कटौती करने का फैसला किया. देखिए वीडियो
