Magh Gupt Navratri 2022: हिंदी पंचाग के अनुसार साल में चार बार मां दुर्गा के नवरात्रि मनाए जाते हैं. माघ मास में आने वाले नवरात्रि को गुप्त नवरात्रि के नाम से जाना जाता है. दूसरा चैत्र मास में मनाए जाते हैं. और बाकि के दो नवरात्रि आषाढ़ और अश्विन माह में आते हैं. इस साल माघ माह में गुप्त नवरात्रि की शुरुआत 2 फरवरी से हो रही हैं, जो कि 10 फरवरी तक समाप्त होगी. गुप्त नवरात्रि में तंत्र- मंत्र, तंत्र विद्या आदि सीखने वाले भक्त माता को कठिन भक्ति कर प्रसन्न करते हैं. आइए जानते हैं इस दिनों में क्या करना चाहिए और क्या नहीं.
