CIA researcher Joseph Turner is plunged into a harrowing series of events when he discovers clandestine activities within the agency. Two men arrive at his office one day and gun down all the employees, except for Turner who escapes. Working under the name Condor, he tracks down the conspirators - and then decides to give his story to the newspapers.
