Union Budget 2022 will be presented on February 1 by Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman. The Budget will be presented at 11 am. IT and Industries Minister KT Rama Rao has written letters to Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharamna seeking budgetary support of nearly Rs 15,000 crore. IMF’s Gita Gopinath told BloombergQuint that India’s Budget 2022 should keep the rural jobs guarantee scheme well-funded and consider extending free food allowances. Uday Kotak, CEO of Kotak Mahindra Bank tweeted, “Budget on Feb 1 and next RBI meeting crucial.
