A mural in the Bogside area of Derry created by the Bogside Artists featuring one of the enduring and most shocking images from Bloody Sunday - Father (later Bishop of Derry) Edward Daly waves a white handkerchief as local people try to the bring the mortally wounded teenager Jackie Duddy to a place of safety. Jackie Duddy was among several teenagers shot and killed on Bloody Sunday, January 30, 1972 when the British army opened fire during a civil rights march in Derry.
