The Eggplant turns out to be very Crispy, juicy and incredibly tasty! Try to make such a breakfast or even dinner
Ingredients
1 eggplant
Peel off
Water
Salt
Soak eggplant for 10 mins
1 egg
Salt to taste
Garlic 1/2 tsp
Ginger 1/2 tsp
Chilli powder 1/2 tsp
Flour 1/2 tsp
Mix well
Coat with bread crumbs
Fry until golden brown
