Leaders discuss COVID safe return to school plan for 2022

National cabinet has concluded with no uniform agreement for the rules on reopening schools. Last week State and Territory leaders agreed to a set of key principles - including that keeping schools open during outbreaks should be a top priority so parents can keep working.
