Parkash Badal, Punjab’s Former Chief Minister, Tests Positive For COVID-19, Hospitalised In Ludhiana

On January 19, Parkash Singh Badal, former chief minister of Punjab, tested positive for Covid-19. 94-year-old Parkash Singh Badal has been admitted to Dayanand Medical College And Hospital or DMCH in Ludhiana. The Shiromani Akali Dal patriarch’s health is stable, reported PTI. Dr Sandeep Sharma, DMCH Medical Superintendent, said, “He is stable.” Sukhbir Singh Badal, Parkash Singh Badal’s son told ANI, “He is currently fine, had a mild fever.
