Why Rajasthan Police can't find the evidence of rape?

On Tuesday night, a young girl was found lying in a pool of blood under the Tijara flyover in Rajasthan’s Alwar. Initial reports suggested the disabled girl was raped and then thrown off the bridge by unknown assailants. But Alwar SP later said that the victim's medical report suggested "there was no possibility of rape in the case".
