At least 15 people have died due to incessant rains in south-eastern Brazil, reported BBC. The victims died in Minas Gerais state. In Minas Gerais, rivers overflowed and towns were left partially submerged. Many bridges also collapsed due to torrential rains. For several weeks now, heavy rains have affected many areas in Brazil, causing deaths and severe damage. Watch the video to know more.
