Teams of both the departments are conducting joint checking. In this, the teams of both the departments have been engaged in 3 shifts.

Uttar Pradesh assembly elections के लिए तारीखों का ऐलान हो चुका है। ऐसे में पुलिस विभाग भी हरकत में आ गया है। रविवार को UP ADG Law and Order Prashant Kumar ने लखनऊ स्थित पुलिस मुख्यालय में प्रेस कॉन्फ्रेंस की। इस दौरान उन्होंने कहा कि हम चुनाव के लिए पूरी तरह तैयार हैं। केंद्र की ओर से 150 कंपनी अर्द्धसैनिक बल मिले हैं।न्यूज एजेंसी ANI के मुताबिक, प्रशांत कुमार ने कहा, "आबकारी और पुलिस विभागों द्वारा अंतरराष्ट्रीय और अंतरराज्यीय सीमाओं पर 31 चौकियां स्थापित की गई हैं. दोनों विभागों की टीमें संयुक्त रूप से चेकिंग कर रही हैं. इसमें दोनों विभागों की टीमों की 3 शिफ्ट में ड्यूटी लगी है."
