पंजाब के फिरोजपुर में प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी की सुरक्षा में चूक को लेकर केंद्रीय गृह मंत्रालय ने एक हाई लेवल कमेटी का गठन कर दिया है.इस मामले में केंद्रीय गृह मंत्रालय पंजाब सरकार से विस्तृत रिपोर्ट भी मांग चुका है.वहीं ये मामला देश की सर्वोच्च अदालत तक भी पहुंच गया है.माना जा रहा है कि केंद्र सरकार पीएम मोदी की सुरक्षा के मामले में हुई चूक को लेकर सख्त कदम उठाने की तैयारी में है.लेकिन इससे पहले केंद्रीय गृह मंत्रालय और तमाम एजेंसी पूरी तरह से साक्ष्य जुटाने में लगी हुई हैं.संवैधानिक प्रावधानों की बात करें तो यदि केंद्र सरकार इस मामले में पंजाब की राज्य सरकार की नाकामी को लेकर साक्ष्य जुटा लेती है तो सख्त कदम उठाए जा सकते हैं.इसके तहत सबसे सख्त कदम हो सकता है राष्ट्रपति शासन.
