While the havoc of cold continues in many states of the country, there was fresh snowfall from Himachal to Jammu and Kashmir. The temperature has come down here, while the snowfall on the mountains is causing cold wave in the plains. In many cities, people are facing severe winter due to dense fog in the morning.

देश के कई राज्यों में ठंड का कहर जारी है, तो वहीं हिमाचल से लेकर जम्मू कश्मीर, उत्तराखंड (Uttarakhand) तक ताजा बर्फबारी हुई (fresh snowfall from Himachal to Jammu and Kashmir) । यहां तापमान नीचे गिर गया है, वहीं पहाड़ों पर हो रही बर्फबारी से मैदानी इलाकों में शीतलहर चल रही है। कई शहरों में सुबह घने कोहरे के कारण लोगों को कड़क सर्दी का सामना करना पड़ रहा है।
