Victims' lawyer: Very optimistic case against Prince Andrew will proceed

Los Angeles based victims' lawyer Lisa Bloom says she is "very optimistic" that the civil case brought against the Duke of York by accuser Virginia Giuffre will proceed. Prince Andrew's lawyer argued during a video conference court hearing that the confidential agreement Mrs Giuffre entered into with Jeffrey Epstein, who she claims trafficked her to have sex with the duke, ended her right to pursue anyone else.
