Lockdown in Mumbai if daily Covid cases cross 20,000, says Mayor

Amid the rising cases of coronavirus in Maharashtra, Mumbai Mayor Kishori Pednekar said that if daily cases cross 20,000 mark, lockdown will be imposed. “According to the rules of the state government and the Central Government, if the cases of Covid in Mumbai cross the 20,000 mark, then it will be necessary to impose a lockdown,” said Kishori Pednekar.
