Queensland records 5,699 cases as closed clinics lead to long testing lines

Testing sites are under strain in Queensland, where sites remain closed for the holidays. There have been 5,699 new cases in the state today from more than 33,000 tests. 11 people are in the ICU, and 170 others are receiving care in hospital.
