PM Modi in Meerut: Tribute to Mangal Pandey, prayers at Kali Paltan | Watch

Prime Minister Narendra Modi, who is in Uttar Pradesh's Meerut today, paid floral tributes at the statue of Mangal Pandey, the hero of the Great Revolt of 1857. Accompanied by UP CM Yogi Adityanath and Governor Anandiben Patel, PM Modi visited the Shaheed Smarak Amar Jawan Jyoti and paid homage to the martyrs of 1857. He also offered prayers at the Kali Paltan Mandir in the city.
