CESET clears a sidewalk in Barangay Capitol Site, Cebu City

Cebu Environment Sanitation and Enforcement Team (CESET) clears a sidewalk in Barangay Capitol Site, Cebu City of Debris as the City Government and its partners hold a massive clearing operation or "Oplan Barug Sugbo" to deal with the damage left by Typhoon Odette (Rai) in the city. This comes after Mayor Michael Rama signed on Wednesday, Dec. 29, 2021, Executive Order 152, which declares a city-wide observance of an Enhanced Citywide Qualitative Health and Sanitation (ECQ-HS) Drive in the city.
