A single, nationally-consistent definition of a COVID-19 close contact will be presented to state, territory and commonwealth leaders at today's snap meeting of national cabinet. Leaders will also try to come up with some guidelines about when to use Rapid Antigen Tests, as governments try to shift the way we're managing the country's record COVID-19 case numbers.
