University students across the country have been celebrating the completion of their studies. Adelaide woman Rachel High is among them this year, believed to be the first person living with Down Syndrome to graduate with a bachelor's degree in Australia. She says she wants others to take her achievement as proof, that, with the right support, people living with intellectual and cognitive disabilities can attain academic success.
