The parents of the 14-year-old girl who was killed by a stray bullet inside a dressing room are speaking out. The Los Angeles Police Department were responding to a call for assault when the girl and her mother were shopping. Police say they believe the girl was killed by a bullet that bounced off the tile flooring and went through the wall of a dressing room.
