Wandering through the bylanes of Lucknow city since 25 December, a stray leopard has injured at least seven people. Frightened residents resorted to reciting 'Hanuman Chalisa', playing loud music, and even locking themselves inside their house. The leopard is reportedly believed to have left the residential area and found its way back to the forest areas of the Barabanki district.
