India's Omicron tally crosses 600-mark; most cases in Maharashtra, Delhi

India's Omicron tally has crossed the 600-mark with 653 cases of the newly detected Covid variant in the country at present. The highest number of cases has been reported in Maharashtra and Delhi. Maharashtra has 167 cases while Delhi has 165 cases. A total of 186 people have recovered in the country so far. India registers 6,358 new cases in the last 24 hours, 2.6 per cent lower than yesterday. It brings the total caseload to 3,47,99,691.
