Balochi Karahi:

Ingredients:

Chicken 1kg
Chopped garlic and ginger 3tbsp
Coriander powder 1tbsp
Cumin powder 1tbsp
Black pepper 1 tsp
Salt to taste
Yogurt 1/4 cup (optional)
Oil 1 cup
Green chilies 6-7
Fresh coriander 1 bunch
All spice powder 1/2 tsp
Lemon juice 4tbsp

Method:
Add oil to the pan and then add garlic and ginger. When it gets a bit golden add chicken to it. Fry the chicken until golden.

Then add coriander powder, cumin powder, black pepper and salt and fry. After 5 mins add green chilies, all spice powder and

fresh coriander to it and put it for dum for 5 mins.

Aalu Ki Chaat

Ingredients For Tikiya:

Potatoes 1/2 kg
Mint leaves as required
Fresh coriander as required
Green chilies as required
Salt to taste
Red chili flakes 1tsp
Chat masala 1/2 tsp
Cumin powder 1tsp
Coriander powder 1tsp
Chicken powder 1/2 tsp
Beaten egg 1
Bread crumbs 1 cup
Oil for frying

Method:

Boil the potatoes then mash them and then add all the ingredients to the mashed potato and give it a form of kababs. Dip the

potato kababs into the egg and then bread crumbs and then fry it out. And then pour meethi dahi, green chtuney, imli chutney

onto the kababs. Add chopped onions, fresh coriander and mint leaves. Sprinkle some chaat masala and then sew.

Ingredients For Imli Chutney:
Tamarind pulp 1/2 cup
Sugar to taste
Salt to taste
Cumin powder 1tsp
Carom seeds 1/4 tsp
Red chilli powder 1/2 tsp

Method For Imli Chutney

Add all the ingredients together to form a thick mixture.
Ingredients For Meethi Dahi:
Yogurt 250 gm
Grinded sugar 4tbsp
Salt a pinch

Method For Dahi

Mix together.
For Green Chutney:
Coriander leaves 1 bunch
Green chilies 3
Garlic 4 cloves
Cumin seeds 1/2 tsp
Coconut 2tbsp
Salt to taste
Lemon juice 1tbsp

Method for Green Chutney

Mix all together.
