People gathered in large numbers on December 25 to witness bullock-cart race organised in Nashik, Maharashtra despite the rising threat of new variant of Omicron. The COVID safety norms were flouted at the event. However, Nashik Police Official said that the case will be register against the organisers for violating COVID SOPs.
