Digvijay Singh's statement on 'beef' stirs political ruckus

Political turmoil has again erupted over the statement of Congress leader Digvijay Singh. Congress leader and former Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Digvijay Singh targeted BJP and RSS by mentioning Savarkar and even said that there is no harm in eating beef. While addressing the Congress workers during a program in Bhopal, Digvijay Singh said that 'Savarkar has written in his book that cow is such an animal that rolls in its own feces, from where can it be called our Mata'. It is written in the book that Hinduism has nothing to do with Hindutva. BJP's reaction has come to the fore after Digvijay Singh's statement on Savarkar. BJP's Hindutva face and MLA Rameshwar Sharma said that 'Digvijay is engaged in defaming Hindus only'. Watch this video.
