Two unidentified militants were killed in Pulwama's Tral area, the police said.

J K Police DGP Dilbagh Singh in a statement said, "Another operation was launched on a specific police input in Tral area of Awantipora by Kupwara and Awantipora police and local security forces. In the ensuing encounter, two terrorists were killed. As many as five terrorists have been killed in three operations in less than 36 hours. Apart from this, a killer module of TRF has been arrested in Srinagar."
