The discussion section is where the writer explains their findings and includes the significance of the research, the improvements and assumptions. The focus is to demonstrate how your results relate with the theory you came up with and the literature review. It is important to state your research problem and give a summary of the results. There are four methods you can incorporate while writing your discussion section. First of all, you can discuss the improvements or assumptions your research has made and relate your results with what is already known. Then, you can give an interpretation of the outcome and how they answer the research questions. After that, you can acknowledge the limitations you came across during your investigation, for example, the method used. Lastly, raise suggestions that will lead to further research from other questions that remain unanswered.
