As the Goa Assembly elections are around the corner, Chief Election Commissioner Sushil Chandra on December 22 said that all the banks have been instructed to give information about any suspicious transaction. “All the entry points, state and coast boundaries will be kept under watch. Banks have been instructed to give information about any suspicious cash transaction that takes place,” said CEC Chandra at a poll-preparedness meeting in Goa.
