The winter session of Parliament ended a day ahead of time. Wednesday morning's proceedings in both the houses were adjourned sine die. After the end of Khatra, the round of counter-attack started. Leader of Opposition in Rajya Sabha Mallikarjun Kharge said that going against the law, the government took action in the winter session regarding the incident of monsoon session and 12 parliaments were suspended. The intention of the government was to get the bill passed without discussion and to avoid discussion on issues like inflation, and Pegasus.

समय से एक दिन पहले Parliament का winter session खत्म हो गया. दोनों सदनों में बुधवार सुबह की कार्यवाही को अनिश्चितकाल के लिए स्थगित कर दिया गया. खत्र के खत्म होते ही वार पलटवार का दौर शुरू हो गया. राज्यसभा में विपक्ष के नेता Mallikarjun Kharge ने कहा कि कानून के खिलाफ जाते हुए सरकार ने monsoon session की घटना को लेकर शीतकालीन सत्र में कार्रवाई करते हुए 12 संसदों को निलंबित कर दिया गया. सरकार की मंशा थी कि बिना चर्चा के बिल पास करवाना, inflation, और Pegasus जैसे मुद्दों पर चर्चा से बचना.
