Karnataka Congress chief DK Shivakumar on December 20 said that the Anti-Conversion Bill is against the Constitution and seeks to create communal tension.

He said, “Congress party will oppose it outright (in the Assembly). It's against the Constitution and seeks to destroy harmony and create communal tension. It will lead to a dip in investment in Karnataka.”
