'Kun Maupay Man It Panahon' set in the aftermath of 'Yolanda' | New Day

Award-winning film 'Kun Maupay Man It Panahon' (Whether the Weather is Fine) is one of the eight entries in this year's Metro Manila Film Festival. Even before it makes its Philippine debut, the film has already been recognized in Europe. It even won a special award at the 74th Locarno Film Festival in Switzerland. We spoke with the film's director Carlo Manatao and veteran actress Charo Santos-Concio. They tell us the story and inspiration behind the film which is set in the aftermath of supertyphoon Yolanda.
