Kent Police took three days to respond after pensioner threatened with a gun

Les & Lyn Carden from Chatham say they fear living in their own home after the incident and say the force didn't take their complaint seriously. The force say the full facts of the incident weren't made clear to the call handler meaning they were not aware of any threat.
