Former service men and women in Kent say educating the younger generations about our military past is the only way to keep the Remembrance Day tradition alive.

It comes as hundreds gathered in Tonbridge to pay their respects and this year marks the 100th anniversary of the Poppy Appeal and the first full service back since the pandemic.
