Remembering the Ganges, Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Monday took a dip of faith in the Ganges and dedicated Kashi Vishwanath Dham to devotees by duly worshiping Rajarajeshwar in Ravi Yoga. In the evening, boating with the Chief Minister of many states saw the world famous Ganga Aarti. After getting off the cruise at around 11.30 am on Monday morning, PM Modi took a vow as a witness to Ganga and then duly worshiped in the lap of Ganga as a devotee. The PM reached the sanctum sanctorum on foot with a silver urn filled with Gangajal in his hands.


गंगा स्मरण करते हुए सोमवार को प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी ने गंगा में आस्था की डुबकी लगाई और रवियोग में राजराजेश्वर का विधिवत पूजन कर काशी विश्वनाथ धाम भक्तों को समर्पित किया। शाम में कई राज्यों के मुख्यमंत्री के साथ नौकाविहार कर विश्वप्रसिद्ध गंगा आरती देखी। सोमवार सुबह करीब साढ़े 11 बजे क्रूज से उतरकर पीएम मोदी ने गंगा को साक्षी मानकर संकल्प लिया और फिर भक्त के रूप में गंगा की गोद में विधिवत पूजा की। हाथों में गंगाजल से भरा रजत कलश लेकर पीएम पैदल ही गर्भगृह पहुंचे।
