NEAR is a layer-one token from the community-run cloud computing platform NEAR Protocol, and it gained almost 40% last week. After soaring past $13 in October, the token is recovering, sitting just under $10. Finally, Oasis Network’s ROSE token is a layer 1 blockchain token that's gained over 30% in the past week. After peaking near 50 cents in November, the token is recovering faster than most, sitting just under 30 cents at press time.
