Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Monday offered prayers and took a dip in the Ganga river at Lalita Ghat ahead of a visit to the Kashi Vishwanath temple in his constituency, Varanasi. PM Modi will inaugurate the Rs 800 crore Kashi Vishwanath corridor, connecting the ancient Kashi Vishwanath temple to the ghat of the Ganga, later in the day.
