In The Edge Malaysia this week — 5G is finally here in Putrajaya, Cyberjaya and parts of Kuala Lumpur. Digital Nasional Bhd (DNB) is offering it to telcos for free for three months from Dec 15 so their customers can experience enhanced speed and connectivity. But the nine-month-old DNB, owned by the Ministry of Finance, is facing strong lobbying by some telcos, which want to be allowed to build and run their own 5G networks.
