Farooq Abdullah Sees Red During Presser On Questions On Kashmir Killings, Asks: "What About China?"

Former Jammu and Kashmnir Chief Minister and Senior Leader of J&K National Conference Farooq Abdullah got angry at a journalist while being asked about the present security situation in Kashmir. He decried the government’s efforts to paint the situation as “normal”, asking “is everything hunky-dory? When police is not safe, what about the ordinary man?”

He also asked whether the government would allow a debate on China’s activities on the border in parliament. When the journalist said “can we talk about Pakistan”, Abdullah shot back: “You have to talk. You can talk to China. What do you say about that?” “Does government of India allow a discussion in Parliament to understand what the Chinese are doing?”
