CDS Gen Bipin Rawat laid to rest with full military honours

The last rites of late Chief of Defence Staff General Bipin Rawat were performed along with his wife Madhulika Rawat at Brar Square Crematorium, Delhi Cantonment on December 10. He was accorded a sombre 17-gun salute. Daughter of CDS General Rawat, Kritika and Tarina performed the last rites of their parents. An IAF Mi-17V5 helicopter crashed between Coimbatore and Sulur on December 8 claiming the lives of CDS General Bipin Rawat, his wife Madhulika Rawat and 11 Armed Forces personnel.
