Calls to fix Victoria's failing triple-zero system

Victoria's emergency watchdog has launched yet another review of the state's failing triple-zero call system after the death of a Melbourne father who waited 25 minutes for an ambulance. For months, the system has struggled to cope with the surge in demand from the state's delta outbreak. But the ambulance union says there's a simple fix - hire more staff.
