'There's always room for improvement... this is the lesson Brandon Burns learned after a botched front flip (featured in this clip).
This video shows Brandon trying to do a front tuck. And even though he perfectly pulls off the flip part, it's the landing he doesn't nail.
The gymnast ends up falling on the mat, flat on his back.
"Front tucks are harder than I thought, man," the subject commented. "I fell off the skill cushion right after I landed on it. Tough luck indeed!"
