India reported 8,439 new cases, 195 deaths in the last 24 hours. The death toll stands at 4,73,952. The country also reported 9,525 recoveries in the last 24 hours, taking the recovery rate at 98.36 per cent. So far, over 129 cr vaccine doses have been administered so far.
